Hello, my name is Becki and this is my story
I’ve run several businesses and worked with hundreds more.
In 2022 I was burnt out. I’d just had my daughter and was working 14 hours a day. For what? I wanted to spend more time with my new family and ultimately ended up selling my business. My experience of the process, combined with my background as a qualified accountant, means that I can help you take the necessary steps to remove reliance on yourself as the business owner and get your life back.

Running a business, like you and I do, is tough. Long days, never being able to switch off or take a ‘proper holiday’ and feeling as if there is always a full inbox waiting for you. I get it. That’s why I started Sisu, meaning a gritty determination to continue. I can help you pause, assess your business and goals and move forward with a plan, giving you your freedom back.
Success is different to everyone. For me it was having a business that could run without me, giving me the freedom to spend time with my family whilst supporting the lifestyle I was used to. After a while that goal changed and I wanted to exit my business altogether by selling it to give me the ability to start something new - and here I am today, here to help you.
A few fun facts about me and why I do what I do

Family is everything
My main ‘why’ for doing this is my daughter, Grace. I missed out on my maternity leave after having her because I was working on my business and hadn’t achieved the freedom of a business that ran without me.
I live on the south coast
I work with clients all around the UK however I recently moved to the beach on the south coast. For me this was part of getting a better work/life balance and being in a big city just wasn’t where I wanted to raise a family.

Technology and design are in my background
As well as previously developing businesses I also work with fintech corporates to help them design and create better products for the community.

I am a qualified accountant
I qualified as an accountant back in 2012 and ran a successful accountancy firm for many years before selling it.
