Coaching
I will work with you to identify key goals and form a strategy whilst keeping you accountable with regular check ins (usually monthly or quarterly).
Review
Once you know what your goals are, I’ll spend time in your business reviewing key processes, identifying any skill gaps in your team and understanding the financials before making any recommendations. Investment will depend on the time spent but on average this process takes around 4 weeks, including support on implementing the changes and a follow up coaching session.
If you’re at the stage where you’re looking to sell your business, I’ll act as a reliable partner to help you through it from negotiations to the nitty gritty due diligence. Investment for this depends on my involvement but usually the process takes around 3-6 months.
